The sustainable home kit is a low-cost highly subsidized modern green home. It is designed
to be delivered in a shipping container that also serves as secure onsite construction trailer(s). The basic kit comes complete with 3-sets of instructions, 24/7 on-line support and all the electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, countertops, flooring, hardware and appliances including a super strong Steel Structural Insulated Panels (SSIP) envelope, energy efficient exterior doors and windows, and sufficient solar and wind RE systems to power the home’s basic functions on an annual basis.
